		The Superior/Macro Technologies Push2Fill quick connectors are designed for fast, safe, and reliable connection of filling hoses to gas cylinders. The quick one push operation may reduce the possibility of carpal tunnel syndrome related to the twisting motion of hand-tight connections. The seal between the nipple o-ring and valve body is made by inserting the Push2Fill into the valve and locked into a pressure tight seal by simply pushing the locking sleeve forward. The Push2Fill lowers connection time and speeds the filling process. Can be converted to a “RPV” fixed pin version without having to buy a new Push2Fill. The top image to the left is the CGA 540 Push2Fill, and the bottom image to the left is the CGA 580.
		Step 1: Insert threads on the valve and push knurl sleeve forward. Make sure green stripe is showing and red stripe is not. Step 2: Loop safety lanyard over cylinder valve for added safety. Always use safety lanyard. Step 3: Start filling process. Locking pins will hold sleeve in place when pressure is applied. Step 4: When done turn off gas flow. Bleed line pressure. Locking pins retract allowing you to simply pull knurled sleeve back to release.
